Play Synopsis

Inspired by the works of English writer P.G. Wodehouse, this romantic comedy is penned by Srinivasa Prabhu. Parameshi, who’s striving tooth and nail to woo Rashmi… Krishnoji, whose celibacy is being fiercely challenged by the eyes of Shantaladevi… Vyakularaya, who’s adamant about becoming a poet, come hell or high water… Ambabayi, who roasts and devours her husband (metaphorically, we hope!)… Bhoothanatha, who can’t even recall his own name… Desai, the gluttonous foodie… Pundriklu ,the former dacoit turned good guy… And Chenni, who swipes a necklace in the blink of an eye…

When all these characters assemble in one place, the resulting fountain of uncontrollable laughter is none other than ‘Parameshi Prema Prasanga’ (Parameshi’s Love Affair)!
